Yes we create cosplay hats and anime hats Custom orders are $30 just email us on your favorite characters. If you want our hats but in different colors we can do that too. Shipping: Our shipping time is one week. Custom orders take up two weeks most of the time only one week. We ship first class parcel post which takes about 5-7 days in the US and about a week outside the US. Shipping cost is $3 in the US and $6 outside the US. $1 per extra hat after that.
